CAN I GET HELP WITH SIZING?

All of our products come with a size chart on each of their product pages.

However if you need further assistance we are always happy to help, please feel free to send us a message on social media or alternatively email us at customer care.

 

CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping on the below.

Free shipping on AUS orders over $200 AUD.
Free shipping on New Zealand orders over $300 AUD.
Free shipping on all other international orders over $350 AUD.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, please see our shipping & returns page for further information.

 

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We use Australia Post for both domestic and international orders.

 

CAN I BUY NOW AND PAY LATER?

Yes, we offer Afterpay which allows you to spread your payment over a period of time.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We offer returns, size exchange (if stock is available / once per order) and store credit. Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its un-worn, un-washed, free of any odours, stains and no scuffs or tears.
  • The item must be returned with original tags and packaging.

We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Only first-time customers are eligible for a refund (in addition to exchange / store credit) on their first purchase only. 

Please note, we do not offer refunds on change of mind. 

We only offer total refunds on items that are deemed faulty.

     

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

We work hard to ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible, due to this we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

We do offer refunds, returns or store credit.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We offer direct exchanges in size for the same product or we can issue store credit.

If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must return your original item and place a new order.
